High Seas specializes in jerky, fresh made hot sauces, pickled goods, and a wide assortment of other snacks and condiments. We use only the freshest ingredients and source locally when possible. We never add artificial flavors or colors and take great pride in offering products with ingredients you can recognize and pronounce. We are also a proud member of GO TEXAN, the Texas Department of Agriculture’s comprehensive program to promote the products, culture and communities that call Texas home.

Beef Jerky
Our beef jerky is made from 100% Certified Angus Beef. Each roast is hand-selected and trimmed prior to being sliced and marinated. Our jerky is never “chopped and formed”, include any added preservatives, and does not contain any added MSG or liquid smoke.
Hot Sauce
All of our hot sauces are vegan friendly and gluten free. We use the freshest possible produce and source locally when possible or straight from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico for our Hatch Green Chile Products.
Pickled Goods
Our pickled goods are made with fresh locally grown produce whenever possible and still sourced within the Texas borders when out of season locally. We use time tested and traditional recipes and canning methods, bringing you a taste of our childhood garden one jar at a time.
