3-ounce bag. Made from 100% Certified Angus Beef. Each roast is hand-selected and trimmed prior to being sliced and marinated. Our jerky is never “chopped and formed” or include any added preservatives other than those naturally occurring. Our jerky does not contain any added MSG or liquid smoke.

Our bags are “eco-friendly” and made from recycled and/or compostable materials including plant-based “plastics”. Each bag includes a flosser.
