Because we don’t discriminate against our cucumbers, and utilize not just the pretty ones, but also the slightly imperfect ones as well, we have spears, chips, and deli slices. So if you have a preference, please specify in your order notes at checkout. We tend to have more spears than anything else, due to the “average” cucumber size, so we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, otherwise we will most likely send you spears. Thank you!
